Returns
If you receive a product from us that you feel is not working properly, please e-mail disistotec@aol.com. If you have a problem involving the billing or shipping of your order, please e-mail disistotec@aol.com. Products will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer of the product.
All returned products must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without a valid RA number will be refused. You are responsible to ensure that your returns are complete, in original packaging, with all software, cables, manuals and any other items included with the product at the time of receipt. Original shipping charges for all orders are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to DiSistoTech for all authorized returned items. Non-defective merchandise returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, solely at the discretion of DiSistoTech. All returns must arrive back to DiSistoTech within 30 days from the date of original shipment.
